Workplace Giving

Workplace Giving is a way for you to gift donations to our lifesaving kidney, transplant and diabetes research and patient care services directly from your payroll. You can join the fight to eliminate kidney disease by nominating to give any amount from your pre-tax salary each pay period, providing stable income for research focused on the prevention, detection, management and treatment of chronic kidney disease and diabetes.

It’s easy to become a workplace giver! Simply nominate a portion of your salary to go towards fighting for kidney disease and diabetes cures and patient resources. You can choose which area you’d like to support, or give to where it’s needed most.

Pre-Tax Your donation is pre-tax, so you receive an immediate tax benefit. There’s no need to wait until the end of the financial year.
Automated Your donation is automated. Once you’re signed up, you don’t need to do anything. All the record-keeping is taken care by us.
Reliable Funding Your donation provides stable and reliable funding so our researchers can focus on saving lives and finding cures for kidney disease and diabetes.
Community You’re joining a community with your colleagues, united by the common goal of saving lives.

How to get started

Employees

If your workplace already has a Workplace Giving program in place, simply contact your Payroll Officer or HR department to nominate Kidney, Transplant & Diabetes Research Australia as your chosen charity and we will take it from there!

If your workplace doesn’t yet have a Workplace Giving program in place, please contact us with your HR Manager’s contact details, and we will get in touch. We will let them know an employee has recommended us to become charity of choice and can then determine how pre-tax salary donations will be made.

Employers

Establishing a Workplace Giving program can help create positive community spirit within your organisation. It is an effective way to demonstrate your Corporate Social Responsibility, and boost employee morale.
